Online library card applications will be expedited if you provide a valid email address. We'll email your library card number within two business days. Once received, the card number can be used immediately for digital resources. We will mail your physical card and you may come to one of our locations to update it for in-person borrowing.

Your library card will give you access to free eContent for the entire family, including eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines, movies and music, plus resources for research, online learning, hobbies and more.

All applicants must be residents of Ohio.
